Food - was terrible and had food poisoning. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and dining room. Pictures on website were misleading as looked like a very nice hotel however was not at all! Would not recommend this hotel at all, for the price we paid you could get a much better hotel!
If you like the beach, the location is fantastic and there are some great beach bars literally a few metres away. The marina is also great and just a 5 minute walk away. There was a good mix of people at the hotel, from backpackers, to families to older couples.
The hotel website gives the impression that Ibiza town is much nearer than it is. The dock area is about a 15 min walk, but it's more like 30 mins to Ibiza Town proper, which is a bit of a walk after a night out. Having said that it only cost around 8 euros for a taxi
There was not very much to like about staying at this HOSTAL, the out look from the breakfast area is nice when it is not busy.
One member of staff gives you a safe key and tells you there is no charge, then at the end of your stay the arrogant one with the attitude, (dont worry you will know who I mean) charges you 3 euro's a day. Rooms are very small, dark and out of date, and the beds are so uncomfortable you would be better sleeping on the floor. To walk into Ibiza town takes nearly half an hour and you have to walk through the area at the back of the hostal which is dirty, run downand feels a little unsafe.
The location of the Hostal is superb. The rooms with sea view look directly onto the beach and and out to sea. There were several restaurants and bars near by. The breakfast was a buffet which was good..We walked from Ibiza town to the Hostal but there is a bus service close by.
Although we had booked a sea view room at extra cost we were given a room which looked out onto the street. When we approached the receptionist we were moved to a sea view room immediately.
This was just what I needed! The first night was a bit uncomfortable as my room was a bit smelly and had a view of both a carpark and a construction site, but on request and for only a little extra money I was instantly given a much better room. This one had a little terrace with a table and chairs and was quite literally right on the sand! The staff was super-friendly and helpful, it was a nice walk into Ibiza town and there were plenty of places to walk in the Hotel area too. All-in-all, excellent value for money.
The only thing I didn't like was that nobody thought to clean under the bed, so it was pretty dirty, and it was fairly obvious that the sheets were fresh but the blankets weren't.
Lovely staff. Right on the beach! Book on the beach side as no great view on other side.
A bit noisy at times
Comfortable, decent bar, on the beach, handy to town.
Was all families. No younger people. But we were there very early in the season.
Our room was 20 steps away from the beautiful sea. Liked the outside area of the Hostel. Beach is lovely. Room was clean.
The room was very small!, Hardly any wardrobe space. Had to beg for complimentary soap! No hairdryer in room. We felt mislead by the blown-up fotos and the offer of a fantastic discount on the website. Got my cloting bleached whilst using the loo !
It is located directly on the beach and has a shabby chic beach bar which is good for
The reception staff were brusque & unhelpful. The room was basic, No minibar in the room and no english speaking channels available on the tv. The key for the safe had to be rented daily. When we asked for the use of an iron a 50 euro deposit was requested...I Could go on. Ibiza is an expensive island.
Great position very chilled staff very hippy-like but nice.Restaurant excellent for lunch and dinner,on waters edge.Linen table cloths and napkins, gorgeous bowls of fresh lillies which was more than you would expect from a 2 star hostal.Breakfast adequate but hate cofee machines that serve up revolting coffee.Rooms small but clean nice sea views very good air con which was needed.I would go back, but I do think 125 euros a night for bed and breakfast in a 2* hostal is a little expensive..
The staff were great, the location on thr beach is fantastic.
I loved the staff and the the location! Would definitively stay there again!
Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Beds were very compfortable wt a/c, clean bathroom with shower, the room is big enough,i was totally satisfied with this accommodation, I missed only at least a small fridge, and our room was just exactly above the kitchen and it always smelled oil and food!Breakfast was always the same, but delicious and at a very nice place with great view!Great place to stay I could recommend it to all who doesnt want a fancy and expensive place!it has a nice beach!
Staff are the friendliest on Earth. Location is perfect - right on the beach and a 10 minute walk from the town.
Nothing - it's perfect.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location right on the beach, and quite good breakfasts.
Hotel was a bit noisy because of tiled corridors and doors slamming.
